The dust bin on my Dyson V12 vacuum doesn't seem to close properly. I received a replacement dust bin a month ago, but unfortunately, it had the exact same issue, so I had no choice but to return it. I sent the vacuum's head to the service centre, where it was replaced, but unfortunately, the old dust bin was reattached, so the problem still persists. During my conversation with a customer service representative, they informed me that they were unable to place an order for an additional dust bin without applying a charge.
