Dyson V10 Vacuum Replacement Part Issue - Unresolved for Over a Year

Approximately 2 years ago, I purchased a Dyson V10 cordless vacuum. Within a month of use, the edge of the swivel head broke. We contacted customer service, and they promptly sent us a replacement part, but we never opened the package. We continued using the vacuum until it broke again.
Last September, we decided to open the new package, but found that they had sent us a V12 model swivel head instead. We contacted the brand again, and they came and collected the unused, packaged product. Unfortunately, it has been over a year, and they have still not sent the correct replacement head. They promptly collected the unopened package from us, but they are not sending the right part.
We have been writing and calling continuously, but there is still no news. We cannot use the vacuum without the correct head. They keep saying the new part has not arrived yet. You have taken the head from us, but you are not sending the correct replacement part that we are entitled to. We are at a loss as to whom we should complain to. My husband wrote this from here, and I am writing, even though I know it will not be resolved. The brand is not resolving our issue. If they are not going to provide the part, I don't understand why they are selling the product.

My Dyson upright vacuum cleaner has not received a replacement part for 1 year. They kept stalling, we wrote here, they called and said they would send it, but it still hasn't arrived. Now the warranty period has also expired, and because that part was missing, the carpet cleaning head also broke. There is no new one in stock, the product we bought has become trash, we haven't been able to use it for months. I don't understand what kind of company this is. You sell so many products, but there are no spare parts. We couldn't get the product we requested before the warranty period expired. We have filed complaints and called many times. Enough is enough, they are literally mocking us.

I think you are just copying and pasting from the keyboard and giving the same answers to everyone. How many weeks has it been? It's like a joke, you said you waited a year and you would prioritize us and send it from somewhere else, extending the process. You said you would send it in a few days, but how many weeks has it been? No one is calling or asking. We write to you, and in response, you say the product is out of stock and will be sent when it arrives. This must be a joke! Either Dyson employees are mocking us, or your manager or supervisor is involved; there is no other explanation for this!
