I just received my Dyson V10 vacuum today, and the dust bin lid won’t open. The red button that’s supposed to release the bin is completely stuck and doesn’t move, no matter how hard I try. The instructions say to slide it down firmly, but I’m worried it might break if I apply too much force.
This is extremely frustrating, especially for a brand-new product that I’ve only tested once. A mechanism like this shouldn’t be so difficult to operate. I urgently request assistance to resolve this issue. Dyson needs to address this problem immediately and provide a clear solution. I expect prompt support, as this is unacceptable for such a premium product.
