Bad Support for the Dyson V8 Absolute Vacuum

Dear Dyson, I recently spent almost a month's salary on a V8 Absolute vacuum cleaner. Sadly, the product gave me an error before the year of warranty was up. As a loyal customer, I know that Dyson will make and stand behind a good product. I really want you to fix this problem and stop making me feel like a victim. The vacuum cleaner now works very slowly in high mode, which makes it very hard to use. I've tried many times to get in touch with customer service, but nothing has happened. This is not good enough, especially for a high-quality brand like Dyson. I'm very upset about this situation, and I hope Dyson can come up with a solution quickly. As a valued customer, I think I deserve to be treated better and have my problem taken care of quickly.
