Dyson Airwrap Brush Head Defective and No Replacement Sent After My Requests

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap Complete Long Volumise product from Dyson.com.tr on 19/08/2024. After a short while, the brush head of the product started to come off during use. I called Dyson customer services on 19/09/2024 and we made a video call. Customer service stated that a new part would be sent. Then, despite my repeated calls, they stated that the part was not in stock and was waiting for stock. It was the title of the product that I used most efficiently. I cannot use that product right now. Even though I stated that I was a victim, the customer representative responded in an unpleasant manner. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
