I Want a Refund for Duolingo Plus Subscription Charged After Free Trial

On October 13, 2025, I started a one-week free trial of Duolingo Plus through the Google Play Store. It was stated that I would receive a notification during the last three days of the trial period. However, I did not receive any notification, and after the trial expired, ₺969 was charged from my account.

I tried to contact Duolingo customer service, but I couldn’t find any available support channel to reach them. My order number is 4398988056, and the transaction date is October 13, 2025.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I request that my subscription be canceled and the charged amount refunded to my account as soon as possible.
