I decided to sign up for Duolingo and use the trial period. During the registration process, it was made clear that there would be a fee after a certain amount of free use. But before the trial period was over, they took 329.99 Turkish liras from my registered card without telling me or getting my permission. I looked for a phone number to call them, but I couldn't find one. I used the App Store to cancel the subscription, but it says that the cancellation won't take effect until December 2024. Even though I canceled it, they won't give me back the money they took out of my account. I want the amount that was taken back. Shame on you Duolingo.
