How to Get a Refund from Duolingo Max After Failed Cancellation

On October 3rd, a payment of ₺2,399 was charged to my İş Bank credit card for a Duolingo Max subscription, made through my email address d***********@gmail.com**. I completed the purchase via the Duolingo website.

However, I would now like to cancel this subscription and request an immediate refund of the full amount I paid. My subscription is still active, and I am unable to cancel it through the platform. I also could not find any customer service phone number for Duolingo, and no effective support has been provided so far.

I am currently in a difficult financial situation, so I urgently request the cancellation of my Duolingo Max subscription and the refund of ₺2,399 to my account as soon as possible.
