Dream Games Removed My Ability to Submit Complaints in Royal Match

I have serious concerns regarding my experience with Royal Match. In my opinion, the game repeatedly pushes players toward paid purchases by making certain levels excessively difficult to complete. There have been situations where I remained stuck on the same level for weeks despite repeated attempts to progress.
Whenever I am unable to pass a level, the game frequently presents paid offers and in-app purchase promotions on the main screen. This creates the impression that spending money is being encouraged as the primary way to continue progressing through the game rather than relying solely on skill and gameplay.
In addition, after submitting a complaint regarding this issue through the available feedback channels, I found that I could no longer access the complaint section in the same way as before. As a result, I feel that my ability to provide feedback and report concerns has been restricted.
I request that Dream Games review the game's progression system and ensure that players can advance fairly without feeling pressured into making purchases. I also ask that access to complaint and feedback channels remain available so that players can communicate their concerns and receive proper support when needed.
I hope this matter will be reviewed carefully and that appropriate improvements will be made to enhance the player experience.
