Royal Match Is Not Giving Me the Points I Earn in Events

I am experiencing what appears to be an unfair issue in Royal Match regarding event and competition points. I have successfully completed many difficult levels and advanced through dozens of consecutive stages, yet the points awarded in the event do not reflect my actual progress.

During the competition, my score increased only from 182 to 189 despite the significant number of levels I completed. Based on my gameplay and the effort I invested, I expected to receive substantially more points. However, the game does not appear to be crediting the points and rewards I have legitimately earned.

I am currently playing at a level above 5,000, and I have spent considerable time progressing through the game. Because of this, it is frustrating to see that my achievements and victories are not being properly counted during events and competitions.

I request that Dream Games review my account activity and the event scoring system related to my participation. If there is a technical issue or error affecting my score, I would like the missing points and rewards to be credited to my account. I also request a clear explanation regarding why my event score did not increase in proportion to the levels I successfully completed.
