My Fisher-Price Shopping Cart Toy Was Delivered With a Broken Part

I purchased a Fisher-Price shopping cart toy from the Toptancadde store on N11. The product was delivered today, and when we opened the package and attempted to assemble it, we discovered that the wheel attachment piece was broken. Because this part located on the bottom of the toy is damaged, my son cannot use the toy properly.

In addition, the product packaging includes a large statement saying “opened packages cannot be exchanged or returned.” I do not accept the company avoiding responsibility by using this statement as a reason to refuse assistance, because the issue was not caused by us—it occurred because the product was delivered in a defective condition.

My son really loves this toy, so I do not want to return the entire product. I only request that the broken wheel attachment part be sent to me free of charge. I kindly ask that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
