I purchased the Fisher-Price Learn & Grow 4-in-1 Activity and Drawing Table (JLM96) from the Toyzz Shop seller on Trendyol on March 13, and the product was delivered on March 16. However, the toy developed a serious issue before even one month had passed. The red paint on the product started transferring onto hands, and my baby’s hands and face became covered in red paint. It is completely unacceptable and irresponsible for my baby to be exposed to such a risk while playing with this product.

In addition, there are visible areas where the paint has started peeling off. We choose Fisher-Price because we expect higher quality and safer products, especially when purchasing toys for children, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I do not know whether this product is defective or the result of a manufacturing error, but I want to emphasize that this situation is extremely concerning both for my child’s health and for the trustworthiness of the brand.

Through Trendyol, I was only provided with a return code. However, this issue cannot simply be treated as a standard “return” matter because it involves a potential child safety concern. I will return the product, but I request that the source of this defect be investigated and that other products from the same production batch be urgently inspected as well. I request a full refund and a satisfactory explanation regarding this serious safety issue.
