Dominos Did Not Refund the Money After Cancelled Order
On July 2, 2025, following the cancellation of my order with reference number 82678265, I was informed that a refund of ₺505 had been initiated. However, as of July 17, the refund still hasn’t been credited to my account. I contacted Domino’s customer service several times—first I was told it would be processed within 48 hours, then I was told it could take up to 7 business days. Eventually, I received a call informing me that the refund would be issued shortly, that the issue had been resolved, and that a free pizza would be sent as a goodwill gesture. Six days have passed since that call, and still, there is no refund and no further update. Offering a pizza doesn’t solve the problem. What I’ve faced is a waste of time, financial inconvenience, and repeated misleading statements, despite being fully entitled to a refund. I am requesting the immediate and full return of the ₺505 to my account, a clear explanation of the reason behind the delay, and accountability with a formal resolution. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, report the case through the Presidency Communication Center, and, if necessary, pursue legal action to recover not only the refund but also compensation for the time and distress this has caused.
