Domino's Pizza Wrong Order Delivery and Frustrating Customer Service

With order number 2745475201, I placed an order with Trendyol on July 31, 2023, for 1 mixed pizza, 1 cola, and 1 Algida Magnum Mini Double Sunlover ice cream. Domino's Pizza later called to confirm my address and apartment number. They delivered the order, but to my dismay, they substituted a different ice cream for the one I paid extra for. I immediately confronted the delivery man, who insisted that this was the only option. I became enraged and refused to accept the incorrect ice cream. I returned it and complained to Trendyol. However, it has been a week and my complaint has been canceled, with the restaurant refusing to accept responsibility. I demanded my products or a refund, but Trendyol's customer service was ineffective, only repeating scripted responses. This entire experience has been a complete disaster, and Trendyol has left me frustrated and without a proper resolution.
