Ome TV Wrongly Says I Am Underage And Blocks My Account, Request Review

I recently created an account on Ome TV for the first time using my Google login. My real age is 22, but on 28 July the application started showing an error message in Farsi saying that I do not meet the age limit and therefore I cannot use the service. As this information is incorrect and I am over 18, I am unable to access and use the application due to what appears to be an age‑verification error. I kindly request that you review my account, correct this age‑related error, and allow me to use Ome TV normally again.
