I Got Food Poisoning After Eating XL Iconic Pizza From Domino's

On August 30, 2024, I ordered one XL Iconic Pizza from Domino’s Ortaköy branch (Order No: 84414576). Shortly after eating the pizza, I developed a high fever, severe stomach pain, diarrhea, weakness, and chills. For about three days, I was bedridden, only getting up to vomit or use the bathroom, unable to eat anything except herbal tea. I was only able to return to work on September 3. Due to the health issues and suffering I experienced, I went to the doctor and obtained a medical report. Because of the difficulties I faced at the hospital, I had to pay a ₺500 examination fee at a state hospital despite having insurance. I did not call Domino’s customer service, as I was in no condition to pursue my complaint at the time. Every time I was in pain or vomiting, I thought of Domino’s and those responsible at the Ortaköy branch, and I have only just begun to recover. I want the grievance I experienced to be taken into consideration, and I request compensation for both my financial and emotional damages. During this process, I suffered both a loss of work time and additional health expenses. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities and inform everyone around me. I demand a refund for my order from Domino’s and reimbursement of my medical expenses.
