Domino’s Marked My Order as Delivered Early—Pizza Arrived Cold & Incorrect

I placed an order with Domino’s through their mobile app, but the experience was frustrating. The app marked my order as "delivered", yet I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to actually arrive. My home is only 200-300 meters away from the store, so there is no excuse for this delay.

When I finally received my pizza, it was cold, and the worst part? They ignored my customization request. I specifically removed mushrooms from my order, yet they were still included. When I called the store, they told me my pizza had just been prepared, proving that they falsely marked it as delivered in the app.

This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I expect Domino’s to improve their service, honor customizations, and deliver orders properly. This needs to be fixed!
