For the past two months, I have been unable to update my phone number in the Domino’s Cüzdan app simply because I have money in my wallet. This is completely unacceptable!
I have called customer service 4-5 times, and each time, they tell me they cannot help and that I need to send an email. When I did, no one responded or followed up. After two months, they finally called me, but I accidentally missed it. Now, am I supposed to wait another two months just to fix a basic issue?
Domino’s, this is ridiculous! I need my phone number updated immediately. Why is it so difficult to resolve a simple request? Fix this issue now, or I will delete the app for good!
