I loaded money into my Domino’s Pizza wallet to place an order, but when I reached the payment page, the wallet option was not available. No matter what I tried, I could not use the balance I had added.
Now, I want a refund for the money in my wallet, but there is no clear way to withdraw it. On top of that, I have been unable to reach customer service—I keep trying, but there’s no response.
This is completely unacceptable. If a wallet feature exists, it should actually work! I expect an immediate refund or a way to use my balance. Domino’s needs to fix this issue and provide proper customer support.
