Domino's Wallet Refund Fiasco

Just loaded some cash into my Domino's wallet for an order I wanted to place. However, when I went to checkout, the option to pay with my Domino's wallet was unexpectedly missing. Feeling perplexed and irritated, I contacted Domino's customer service for help. They promised to promptly refund my money.

It's been a whole week since I first asked about my refund, and I still haven't received it. Even after multiple attempts to reach out, Domino's customer service has failed to respond or provide any assistance.

Adding insult to injury, I found out from friends who experienced similar problems that Domino's usually gives free pizzas as a goodwill gesture to customers who have been inconvenienced by these issues. Regrettably, I was not granted the same courtesy, which left me feeling even more disappointed.
