IQScore.ME Unauthorised Debit From My Bank Account

I recently discovered an unauthorized debit of $19 from my account by IQSCORE.me, even though I did not knowingly agree to any paid subscription or membership with them. The charge appeared today and, according to the information from my bank, it is set up as a recurring debit every two weeks. The only interaction I have had with IQSCORE. I was completing an online quiz on their website. At no point was it made clear to me that I would be enrolled in a paid, recurring subscription or that $19 would be debited from my account every two weeks. After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank, and they advised me to unsubscribe directly from the merchant. However, I am unable to access IQSCORE.me’s website in order to cancel or manage any supposed subscription, so I currently have no way to stop these debits on my own. I request that IQSCORE.me immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details and provide a full refund of the $19 already taken, as I did not knowingly consent to this subscription. I also expect written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account. The debit happened twice, meaning it is $19 x2
