I Want WePlay to Review and Remove an Unfair Account Ban

My friend’s account on the WePlay app has been unfairly banned, and we are requesting that his account be unbanned. His WePlay ID is 33448642, and the username is Anand. Before the ban, some boys entered his own voice room and started mocking and abusing him there. My friend did not break any rules; he was the one being harassed. Those boys then said they would get his ID banned for sure, and shortly after that, his account was banned. We have already contacted WePlay support about this issue, but have not received any response yet. We kindly ask you to review this ban decision, check the chat and voice room history if possible, see that my friend did not violate the rules, and unban his account as soon as possible.
