Dear Domestika Support Team, I recently noticed that a subscription payment was automatically renewed today (June 3, 2025) for my Domestika account. The purchase was originally made through a PayPal USA account belonging to my elder sister, and unfortunately, we were not notified or given any prior heads-up regarding the renewal. This unexpected deduction has caused a significant issue, as the account holder was unaware of the subscription. I am reaching out immediately—on the same day the charge occurred—to request a refund for this renewal. I have always trusted Domestika to be a reliable and transparent platform, and I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter. Please let me know if you need any additional details to process the refund.
