Domestika Plus Charged My Card Without Consent — How to Get a Refund
On October 11, 2025, a charge of $86 was unauthorizedly withdrawn from my credit card for the annual renewal of my Domestika Plus membership. I did not consent to the renewal, as I didn’t benefit sufficiently from my previous year’s membership and had no intention of renewing it this year. My account is registered under the email address b***********@gmail.com**.
After the payment was processed, I canceled my membership on October 16 and submitted a refund request. Over the past 20 days, I have sent more than ten messages to Domestika customer support, but have only received automated replies containing generic refund policy articles — no real assistance or solution has been provided.
This is the first time my membership has been automatically renewed, and I was never notified about any upcoming renewal or charge. I consider this a wrongful and unauthorized transaction.
I request the full refund of the $86 that was charged without my consent and ask that Domestika review its automatic renewal process to prevent similar situations from happening to other users.
