Domestika Took Unauthorized Payment for Plus on April 15 Even Without My Consent or Use

I hadn’t used the Domestika app in a long time, and I never started any kind of membership or subscription. Yet on April 15, 2025, I discovered a charge on my account labeled as a Domestika Plus membership. What’s even worse is that the amount withdrawn was higher than the listed annual Plus membership fee.

I never used any free trial service, never activated automatic renewal, and never gave permission for any future billing. This charge was made entirely without my knowledge or consent.

When I contacted Domestika, they told me the charge may have been due to an auto-renewal. But I never used the service recently, never renewed anything, and never authorized such a payment. Blaming auto-renewal for a subscription I never agreed to or benefited from is unacceptable.

Domestika, I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge and expect you to remove any subscriptions or renewals attached to my account. You cannot charge users for services they never signed up for or used.
