On October 14, 2025, a charge of $138.41 USD (approximately ₺5,790) was withdrawn from my Domestika account for an annual subscription, without any 3D Secure verification and without my consent. My order number is C501334T32726833.
According to Domestika’s official policy, a trial period is not automatically added, and users must manually activate it themselves. Despite this, the payment was taken entirely without my knowledge or approval.
Following this incident, I contacted Domestika’s support team and also initiated a chargeback request through my bank. So far, I have not received any response from Domestika, and the review process is ongoing with my bank.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled immediately and the charged amount refunded to my account. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
