I placed an order for clothes from Domencr on March 6, 2026, to be delivered to China, but I have never received the items. After placing the order, I did not receive any tracking number or shipping confirmation, and I still have no information about the status of my purchase. There is no way for me to contact Domencr customer service regarding this problem, so I have been unable to get any support or explanation about my missing order. I do not remember the order number, but I paid for the clothes and received nothing in return. I request a full refund for this order, as the products were never delivered, and I could not reach any support channel to resolve the issue.
