Fashion Nova Order Not Delivered & Stuck in Cancellation Hell?
On January 27, 2024, I purchased five pairs of dresses from Fashion Nova, which came to a total of approximately $235. I had planned to wear these clothes for my upcoming trip abroad on February 17. Even though I was assured that my package would be delivered by January 30 when I placed my order, the shipping date has been changed twice. The most recent estimated arrival was four days ago, but I still haven't received my parcel. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact customer service as my multiple emails have not received any response. Instead of addressing my concerns, Fashion Nova inundates me with emails pressuring me to make more purchases before fulfilling my original order. Due to the ongoing issues with the delivery, I have unfortunately lost confidence in the process. I would like to request a cancellation of my order and a refund, as I have already communicated via email.
