I’m a creator on the DLive platform, and my payment, originally scheduled for February 8, 2023, has still not been made as of February 19, 2023. I have received no updates or explanations, and my attempts to get support have been brushed off with generic automated messages. Even if the issue is on my end, DLive should at least provide proper communication. Creators like me put in hard work, and it’s unfair that we are not receiving the payments we’ve earned. Many others are facing the same issue, and everyone is frustrated. DLive, I demand that you process my payment immediately and improve your communication with your creators. We deserve transparency and timely payouts.
