I totally trust DLive no more. Over a week ago, I asked for a withdrawal; they kept postponing it with evasive reasons. They first advised me to wait as they stated their payment method had "technical problems." I phoned support once more after a few more days of silence and was met with automatic answers claiming my request was under review. Then my account was suddenly blocked without notice or justification. They locked me off of my money even though I supplied all the required documentation for verification. This platform seems dubious and erratic. I never utilize DLive once more and highly encourage others to consider twice before handing their money to them.
