I’m concerned about the unexpected behavior of my DJI Neo drone. On two separate occasions, the drone completely lost control and suddenly accelerated at an alarming speed, veering sharply to the front and side—without any input from me. Thankfully, it crashed into a soft patch of trees, or the outcome could have been far worse.
What makes this even more troubling is that it happened both in manual (remote control) and auto modes, which suggests a deeper issue with the drone's flight system or sensors. It surged forward uncontrollably with an aggressive thrust that made recovery impossible.
This is not a user error—it’s clearly a serious safety risk. I need DJI to urgently investigate this malfunction, provide an explanation, and offer a firm resolution. Whether this is a firmware issue, sensor fault, or a deeper design flaw, it must be addressed before someone gets hurt or more equipment is damaged.
