For the past two days, my DJI Neo drone has been experiencing serious connection problems. Despite having the Return-to-Home (RTH) function properly set up, the drone gives a “Cannot Return to Location” error mid-flight and starts drifting away as if it’s lost its GPS signal. It’s happened multiple times, and I’ve only been able to locate the device after hours of searching.
The first time it happened, it provided a rough GPS location, but the last camera image was captured while it was hovering 30 meters in the air. That was the last useful piece of data before it nearly vanished. Now I’m afraid to even fly it again—it’s just not reliable.
What makes this worse is that I recommended DJI to friends, encouraging them to purchase the Flip and Mini 4K models, believing this brand was the industry leader. Now they’re afraid to risk their drones too, having spent ₺30,000–₺40,000.
I expected much better from DJI. This is unacceptable from a company known for its reliability. I need a prompt resolution and technical support to restore my confidence. Please fix this issue before more people lose their drones and trust in your brand.
