Failure of DJI Drone's Safety Feature Costs Me 11,500
On every platform where the product is sold, it is advertised with the slogan "accident prevention through sensors." Because this feature didn't work right, my drone, which hadn't even flown 1 km, crashed when it didn't see a nearby window and bumped into it as it went from hovering to moving. I bought the product less than 5 hours ago and paid 32,000 TL for it. Now they want to charge me 11,500 TL for an accident that was caused by the flaws in their product. Drones made by DJI are a big letdown. No one is easy to talk to, and no one bothers to explain why they are doing what they are doing. This is a huge disappointment!
