DistroKid Support Not Updating My Email And Blocking My Album Release
I no longer have access to the email address registered on my DistroKid account (d************@gmail.com), and I want to update it to f****************@gmail.com. However, even though I emailed DistroKid twice on November 10, 2025, the team only replied with a brief “okay” and never followed up. I also tried contacting support through DistroBot and other communication channels, but I still received no response.
This issue directly affects my ability to use my account and manage the distribution of my music. My album is scheduled to be released next Friday, and at the moment, I cannot take any action. I have never experienced a problem like this before.
I urgently request that my email address be updated and that my album be released on time.
