DistroKid Blocked My Account Without Warning After Uploading Music

I recently uploaded a track through my DistroKid account (m************@gmail.com), and shortly afterward received an email saying the upload was "processing." Just when I thought everything was moving forward, I got a second email—this time stating my music had been rejected and that my account was permanently blocked. No explanation, no violation stated, no warning—just a flat-out ban.

This was a brand-new account, and I had just paid the registration fee. It’s incredibly frustrating to be denied access to something I paid for without even a proper reason. I don’t understand what I supposedly did wrong, and DistroKid hasn't offered any clarification.

If DistroKid can take people’s money and then ban them without cause or notice, how can anyone trust this platform? I want my account reinstated or my payment refunded. Someone from the support team needs to take this seriously and respond—not with generic bots, but with actual answers.
