DistroKid Charged ₺1700 from My Papara Card Without Consent


DistroKid charged ₺1700 from my Papara card without my knowledge or authorization. I never received an SMS, email, or any notification about this transaction. To make matters worse, I don’t even know which DistroKid account is linked to my card. I had to immediately contact Papara and block my card to prevent further unauthorized charges.
I reached out to DistroKid via email, hoping for a response or explanation. Unfortunately, I’ve only received replies from automated bots. No human support, no acknowledgment of the issue—just silence. I'm left completely in the dark about whether they will issue a refund.
₺1700 is a significant amount of money, and this kind of transaction without consent is unacceptable. I need answers. If anyone has experienced this and successfully resolved it, please share how you did it. I expect DistroKid to take this matter seriously and refund the amount immediately.
