DistroKid Charged After Account Deletion, No Refund or Support Provided

I deleted my DistroKid account, but I still haven’t received a refund for my plan. It’s extremely frustrating to be left without any response from the company. Every time I try to contact support, I’m stuck talking to a bot that keeps repeating the same useless responses. It feels like there’s no real human support available to address my issue. My payment of ₺750 has been taken, and despite having my card saved on their system, they’re now demanding I use a different card for a refund. This is unacceptable. How can I get my money back? DistroKid needs to take responsibility and resolve this immediately by providing proper customer service and returning my money!
