DistroKid Charged Me Twice But Didn’t Renew My Plan

DistroKid is now double charging for membership renewals! They withdrew the payment from my account, yet my plan wasn’t renewed. When I contacted support via email, their response was even more frustrating—they simply told me to "update my card details."
Even after sending proof of payment, they completely ignored my issue and kept repeating the same generic response: "Please re-enter your card." This is not how a professional service should operate. They are clearly avoiding responsibility instead of resolving the issue.
I demand an immediate renewal of my plan or a full refund for the extra charge. DistroKid, stop ignoring customers and fix this now! If this continues, I will warn others about these shady practices.
