DHL Overcharged and Mishandled Customs

DHL delivered 6 clothes to my son in Krakow. I paid 110 euros in shipping for a total of 2.35 kg. I was told it would be delivered within three days at the most. Is there a problem at customs? When I asked, they said there was no problem. I agreed to pay such a large sum on top of that. However, shipping the next day, while passing through customs, it was placed in a process known as the official withdrawal process, which is used by importing companies. That is, a customs duty of 113 zloty was levied on the personal clothing used. Why didn't the DHL employee do his job while my cargo was being processed, or why didn't he object with the document in his hand? When I object to the company, the defense is different in each country's customs legislation. Then why does DHL charge 110 euros? I would like my 113 zloty payment, which was in my cargo, returned to me. As a customer, I've been dealing with customs procedures and shipping for the past two days. If you're shipping internationally, think twice about using DHL. It's too expensive, and they don't do their job properly. They blame their mistakes on the relevant country's customs officers. If the problem is not resolved, I will file a lawsuit against DHL.
