My Package Sent with DHL to Poland Stuck at Customs for 8 Days

I sent a package through DHL to my daughter studying in Poland on February 24th. Despite being promised a delivery within 1-2 days, it's now been 8 frustrating days, and my daughter still hasn’t received it. We've repeatedly provided all requested documentation to DHL staff in Warsaw (including the statement letter sent last week), yet our package remains stuck, with zero progress.

We've been caught in endless email loops between DHL’s Istanbul and Warsaw offices, receiving nothing but vague promises like "we'll reply tomorrow" or "we'll update you Monday," but no real action. I clearly asked how much tax needs to be paid and what specific steps we should follow, only to be told by DHL Poland, "I don't know; the customs agent handles that."

DHL, if you can't resolve this, provide the customs agent’s direct contact number immediately, and stop wasting our time!
