DHL Hasn't Delivered My Order Despite Payment for Shipping and Taxes

DHL customs consultancy confiscated my cargo, stating that my purchase from the Farfetch website was held at customs. Despite having paid the shipping and tax fees during my shopping, my order is now stuck at customs due to it being over 150€. In that case, they shouldn't have accepted the cargo in the first place. My current loss amounts to 247€. They claim I won't receive my order, and they are unable to return it to Farfetch. I demand compensation for my financial losses.
