DHL Lost My €133 Package in Customs
I paid €133 for a product through the Farfetch app, and it arrived from Germany within 10 hours via DHL. After passing customs, it was ready for delivery, and they contacted me to confirm the address. I provided the address, but the shipment never arrived. Later, I was notified that it had been recalled to customs and would be sent to the airport. It returned to customs and cleared again. It was meant to arrive yesterday but did not, citing an incomplete address as the reason. I submitted the address again, and they promised me that it will be delivered the next day. However, when I contacted today, I was told that it had returned to customs and would need to be cleared again. I did not expect such amateurism and constantly changing answers from a renowned corporation like DHL. Furthermore, I must highlight that no efforts have been made to improve the situation.
