It was meant to arrive yesterday but did not, citing an incomplete address as the reason. I submitted the address again, and they promised me that it will be delivered the next day. However, when I contacted today, I was told that it had returned to customs and would need to be cleared again. I did not expect such amateurism and constantly changing answers from a renowned corporation like DHL. Furthermore, I must highlight that no efforts have been made to improve the situation.
