DHgate Order Not Shipped by Seller dh Select
I ordered two men's leather bags from a seller named dh Select on DHgate, one of which is associated with order number 9868130782. I paid for both orders online using my debit card. However, even though I placed these orders approximately 7–10 days ago, their status on the order page still shows “Items Processing” and “Order Pending.” The estimated shipping date was October 12, 2026, but neither order has been shipped by that date.
Despite contacting the seller repeatedly through the app, I have not received any clear or satisfactory answers. Instead, I keep receiving vague and evasive responses. I am experiencing financial inconvenience because I have already paid for the products, yet there has been no progress in fulfilling my orders.
I request either a full refund of the amounts I paid or the immediate shipment and delivery of my products. I also expect clear, written communication explaining the status of my orders and how this issue will be resolved.
