Dhgate Order Stuck In Processing And Item Has Not Been Shipped

On November 16, 2025, I placed an order on Dhgate for a pink leopard-print bag under order number 315003982766. Even though the payment was taken from my account, the order status has been showing “processing” for about a week, and the item has not even been shipped.

I contacted both Dhgate and the seller regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. Neither any update was provided about the order process, nor was the reason for the delay explained.

I request an urgent update on the current status of my order, and if the product is not actually in stock, I expect a prompt refund without further delay.
