My Shein Order Not Delivered, No Refund Received

I made a purchase on Shein, but my package has not arrived, and I haven't received a refund either. This situation is completely unacceptable. I have no idea who to contact or how to resolve this issue.

I spent my money expecting the products to be delivered on time, but instead, I am left frustrated and unsure of what to do next. Either my order should be delivered immediately, or my money should be refunded without further delays.

Shein needs to address this problem urgently and ensure customers are not left in such a difficult position. Please resolve this issue promptly and refund my money or deliver my products.
