Deutz Fahr Kirsehir Tractor Dealer Fails to Deliver
The customer satisfaction and service at Türkal Kirsehir's Deutz tractor dealership are terrible. There's nobody available to answer the phones. They're trying to deliver tractors that don't match the specifications they promised. The dealership in Kirsehir is ruining Deutz's reputation. They have postponed the delivery by more than a month, which has caused a lot of stress for farmers who couldn't plow or sow their fields. It's really important that the tractors we ordered are delivered quickly so we don't waste any more time. The way they've been ignoring and not caring about what customers want is not okay at all. It's really hurt the reputation of the Deutz brand in this area.

I bought a tractor from the Türkal Kırşehir Deuz dealership, and the delivery happened much later than promised. As if that wasn't enough, the tractor delivered did not match the specified features. We returned it for correction, and we are still waiting for the issue to be resolved. We have been greatly inconvenienced, and our field planting and plowing have been delayed. You can't even find someone to talk to; they don't answer the phones. I have never seen such a dissatisfied dealership.
