Isotlar's Peugeot Distributor Leaves Customers in the Dark!
I own a Peugeot, and Isotlar, the Turkish distributor, has disappointed me. Despite placing an order for a few parts two months ago, I haven't been able to contact them. I've tried everything - Instagram, WhatsApp, email - but there has been no response after a few initial conversations in which they read my messages. It's as if they're attempting to dismiss me entirely. It is clear that they lack vision and mission. They have no organizational structure. Nobody seems to know what's going on inside the company, and management is severely lacking. It's a horribly dysfunctional system in which no one knows what their job entails. They clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction. They don't even understand the products they sell, let alone how to resolve problems. To make matters worse, every employee appears to be forgetful. They don't remember you, the parts you mentioned, or even their own services. Avoid buying brands distributed by Isotlar, such as Peugeot, at all costs - it's a huge letdown!
