Sürat Kargo Delivered My Order Incomplete and Treated Me Rudely at the Branch


I saw that my shipment with tracking number 24811310519522 was at the transfer center. I went to the branch thinking it might have arrived. But to my surprise, out of the four tires I ordered, only three had arrived, while one was missing. The shipment was left waiting outside. When I asked the lady sitting at the counter on my way in, the response I received was both rude and dismissive: "The subcontractor brings it from the Ankara transfer center. They brought it incomplete. It’ll probably arrive on Monday, maybe the label or receipt was lost." How does that even make sense? Not only is the shipment delayed, but the transfer process is also poorly managed. It’s obvious this issue happens frequently. The employee reflected her frustration with their subcontractors directly onto me. I must say, I’m impressed with how "high-quality" this service is. Now, I understand why there are so many negative comments about Sürat Kargo. At this point, I have realized it's not worth working with them again. It’s clear that not everyone here takes their job seriously. On top of that, you can't even submit a complaint on Sürat Kargo’s website—it always says, "Your request could not be processed."
