I'm still waiting for my order from the Desigual Turkey website. Even though I made the purchase on 07/08 and the payment was deducted from my card, I'm unable to find any way to contact them and ask about the status. It's really disappointing to see the official Turkey website of a supposedly reputable brand not working properly. This website does not accurately represent the high standards of your brand! Can you give me a phone number to reach customer service? Otherwise, I'll be seeking a refund. Thank you for your support.
