Rebate Refusal for the Delonghi Magnifica Evo ECAM290.81.TB

I bought the Delonghi Magnifica Evo ECAM290.81.TB fully automatic espresso machine for a discounted price of 24,000 ₺ from the Delonghi Store on Sunday, September 10th. I was really disappointed when I found out that the same product was being sold on online platforms for only 19,700 ₺ within a day. Even though we hadn't opened our purchase and the law says we can return it within 7 days no matter what, Delonghi quickly said no to our refund request on the same day. This is against the law! According to Article 18-1 of the Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502), consumers have the right to cancel a purchase within seven days of making installment payments. You don't even have to give a reason or face any penalties.
We explained the situation at the store on Monday, September 11, but they told us again that they couldn't accept the return for the Delonghi item. We're really upset that they won't accept our return and they didn't offer any other options. It's made us lose faith in the brand. I need to get in touch with someone right away to find a solution for this problem.
